 About Embroidered Clothing

Embroidery is the process by which a design is sewn onto a garment using a computerised embroidery machine.
The process gives a highly professional long lasting appearance and is suitable for text or logos.

The Embroidery Process

Embroidery machines cannot understand artwork, they can only read computer code.
In order for the embroidery machine to sew your design we need to convert your artwork into a computerised stitch file.
This is a highly skilled job which is why embroidered designs have a higher value and quality compared to screen or normal vinyl print.
We charge a one-off set-up cost to convert customers own logos and this is usually priced by the stitch count.
Left chest logos are the ideal size for embroidery and the average price to convert a left chest logo is around £40.00.
Large back logos can also be produced and look excellent. Setup cost for upto A4 size is £80.00.

Setup costs are only charged on the first order and any subsequent orders (for the same logo) is not paid again.
Customers logos are stored on disk so that they can recalled for future orders.

Embroidery Pricing

In order to provide you with a quote, we need to know what type of merchandise you would like us to embroider and the quantities that you require.
It is helpful if you provide a sample of your logo by email to determine exact set-up cost.
