Read below for information on our Printing processes and methods used.
Spot Colour Printing
This is a process that is popular on smaller numbers of garments. It is best suited to t-shirts, polo tops, running vests, sports clothing, hoodies, and sweatshirts.
Using Transfer printing we can print solid colour designs to a number of different positions on a garment. We do this by using a Cad cutter to cut vinyl, flock and foil materials to create a durable transfer that is then applied to the garment using a high pressure heat press.
We can print multi coloured designs using transfers (maximum 4 colours) but this process doesn’t allow us to print designs with a gradient.
Transfer printing is a good option for orders of 1-200 garments.
On transfer printing orders we can offer express turnaround (while you shop) and also next day turn around along with some of the best prices in the UK.

Digital Printing
This is a process where we print a multi colour design, designs with colour gradient, photographic images/design, a design that is very intricate or has been digitally created on to a small number of garments usually up to around 100.
This process can be used on most garments but is best suited to t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and running vests / t-shirts.
We use various techniques and machines in digital printing, the particular technique we use is dependant on the design and garments required.
On digital printing orders we can offer express turnaround and also same day service along with some of the best prices in the UK.
Screen Printing
This is the most popular way to print garments in bulk
(t-shirts, polo tops, running vests, sweatshirts, hoodies etc).
Using screen printing we can print large multi colour designs in a number of different positions on a garment. Minimum order for screen printing is 100 garments and the process allows to print volume orders rapidly.
Screen printing usually requires screens to be created in each and therefore there is always a set-up cost per colour before the printing commences.
We work on 7-10 day turn around for screen printed bulk orders, however if you have an urgent requirement please let us know and we can either discuss alternatives or maybe arrange an express service at a surcharge.
